Does anyone have a picture of how the stock steering stabilizer is mounted on an 85 F-250 reg Cab 4X4?
I was told by a guy last week that he replaced his suspension in the same truck with BDS springs and greatly improved the ride. I can't find anything saying BDS sells springs for this truck. Anyone have experience with this?
I looked into this not that long ago and to the best of my knowledge there weren't any stock steering stabilizers for the ttb's. I was told that the mechanics of the ttb wouldn't allow any benefit from them. They can be added though by the aftermarket kind that u-bolt a flat bar to the passenger side frame. I wanted to use the kind that bolts to the passenger axle ubolts like the d60's have but have decided to just wait for a d60 swap someday.
Most will say, will full validity, that there are other things to fix if a steering stabilizer is needed in daily driving.
