New member new truck new problems!

Hi everyone I guess ill dive right in the group with my back story. So i bought a 02 F350 7.3 for $700 the other day and lets say the previous owner dogged it pretty bad. In the last few days Ive changed the IDM, IPR, CPS, valve cover gaskets and wires, injector o rings, turbo pedestal orings, radiator hoses, ICP and harness, TPS, HPOP and CCV orings. Most of it help except i think i have some bad injectors which ill be doing a buzz test to find that out tomorrow. Also throwing a code for EBPS which im getting tomorrow also.

My mane problem right now is no pedal even though i have changed the TPS 2 times. I have late pedal response in park but none in drive or reverse. The harness looks good. No SES light and no code.

Lastly i just have 2 harnesses on the drivers side under the hood i have no idea where they go. Ill drop pics. Whatever help that u guys and gals could give me would be greatly appreciated.

The $700 money pit

Is there a vacant hole in your air filter box? That blue one could be for your intake air temp (IAT) sensor. We all have an unused connector there and that black one looks like it.

That wire is for the the filter restriction gauge. As for your no throttle your going to have to follow the wiring an inspect wire by wire and not just by looking but checking resistances. This is a good time to download the Tech service manual for your truck.

The wire harness in the steering column that runs from the shift tube OD switch can chafe/short out and cause accelerator and gauge issues.

2nd on the shift lever wiring, removing the steering column covers and carefully inspecting it is needed. Mine wore through and each time I moved the lever into 1, it would stall the truck and gauges would go crazy. I was able to save the harness and wrap it up nicely to glide over the interference and it's been good for 5 years now.

Use a magnifying glass. Mine had a hole so tiny it was smaller than a fly spec but it was causing problems

Ok still no consistent throttle after checking a my plugs and harnesses with no site of damage. Checked fuses with a multimeter and no issues. I put my scanner back and got codes P0603 and P1211. I can tell the truck use to have a chip but all the hardware is gone kinda figure this has something to do with the problem. Think i need a new PCM?

Clear the codes drive it and see if any come back.
P1211 is a clue. Injection pressure lower than desired. Can be set by low fuel pressure as well as a high pressure oil leak.
