I'm thinking about upgrading to larger wheels on my 1995 4 wheel drive F150, anyone got opinions and pics of 16,17,or even 18 inch wheels for these trucks? Looking at Toyo 305/70 or so tires.

I don’t have any pictures but my opinion is “no” on larger wHeels. I don’t like the wagon wheel look especially on older trucks.
That would be between a 33”-35” tire depending on rim size. Do you have a lift on the truck now?
I run 33x10:50 BFG'S now, but they are getting old, really jus wanting a "skinny" 35 inch tire around 11 inches wide, pretty much all that's left for 15 inch wheels are 35x12:50's or wider. My friend has a set if 305/70/18 Toyo AT's and they have a good look to them as far as sidewall to wheel ratio. American Racing Wheels has a couple of decent looking classic style wheels in 17 inch, but never saw them on anything.
If you are set on larger wheels stick with 17 for these old trucks. I still say 15s are just fine and don't really see the truck sizes being that difficult to come by, but that is a different story for smaller 15s in classic cars sizes.
