I think so, since you're joining 2 different metals. I think what you are really after is anti-galing (?spelling). I think this referes to galvanic corrosion that is a common occurence between different metals. I put some on the FE with Aluminum heads that I just assembled.
Anti-Sieze is a good thing in almost all situations... especially dissimilar metals.
The only place you have to worry is where it will be introduced into lubrication of moving parts. For instance, make sure if you are using it to attach the oil filter adapter that none of the Anti-Sieze compound winds up in the oil passages.
The zinc or whatever particles are in the Anti-Sieze can cause wear on moving parts that you would otherwise not want.
So my machinist told me, and to me, it sounds like a good idea
