Noticed it not long after taking delivery and it seemed to get a bit worse after the last rain. Vacuumed with shop vac and put a fan on it but not sure where the hell it could be coming from. Anyone with similar situation that could shed some light? Thanks.
No sunroof. I've googled it and found a few other instances where folks have had the issue but no one ever says what the cause or fix was.
Does your truck have outside roof lights? There have been some cases of them leaking. You never stated what your truck is. That makes it a guessing game.

My apologies for not listing what the truck is. 2019 F250 Crewcab 6.2 No sunroof No cab light. It seems to be more wet on the upside of the center hump then goes all the way over to the sil plate. Could there possibly be a plug underneath that's not plugged and water getting up there when it rains from tire spray? Kinda a reach but a thought

I bet it's coming from a bad windshield seal at the bottom of the window with the location that you described. Dealer should be able to correct the issue.
Get under your dash with a bright light and look for moisture running down the fire wall, or dripping down wires. I had a problem with a 15’ silverado where there was a drain hole under the cowl, that was covered with seam sealer during assembly. When it would rain the water would pool under the cowl because it could not drain. Once pooled the water would find its way through the fire wall, and end up flooding my passender side floor board. I found it by looking up under the dash. I could see where the water was coming in. I only found out about the clogged drain though, because a fellow on a GM forum had the same problem, that was diagnosed by a dealership that had seen it before.
There are quite a few threads on here dealing with water in the cabs, seems to be a few things, the latest has been body plugs not being installed at the factory. Do a couple searches on here you will find some more info that should help, but do get it back to the dealer asap or get it dry.
I found this the other day. Took off the grab handle and it was full of water. Truck is a 2017 F350 Lariat sunroof, no cab lights. Going to the dealer shortly for this and the freezing locks.
This is a 2019, $60K truck. Get it back to the dealer and have them find it and fix it. All this Internet diagnosis is crazy. This is too much money to be messing around with. This is what the warranty is for.

speaking from experience having worked in the collision field for years, leakdown tests and finding water intrusion points is the harded thaaang’ eva’. Have them take it to their collision center..Most will have a “water arch” for finding leaks. Line techs will spray it with a water hose and roll on because it pays squat. Sometimes you have to leave the water arch on for hours before a leak will rear its head. If its not obvious, its very frustrating for both parties involved.

...if I seen water in my cab. Now I'm gonna watch more closely.
Did you ever figure this out. I have a 2020 f250 lariat no moon roof. Went to clean the truck to today and drivers side carpet was soaked under the weather tech floor mat. Had to trim off and get air movers going to dry it out. I am furious, the truck only has 12k on it and it’s 7 months old. Making appointment with dealer in the morning but of course I’ll be taking them a dry truck.
I live near Baton Rouge and we got 7-8 inches of rain over the last couple of weeks so guessing it’s related. I haven’t been able to recreate with a water hose.
