It's the rainy season and I want to put a bead of something in the gutters and short seams at either end of the gutters to keep water out until spring/summer. Know of anything that will seal for now but peel away when I start to grind out the old seam seal to do it right?
If I don't come up with something I think I will put a tarp over it but that just looks sad and I will likely not drive it even on nice days if I need to deal with a tarp and tie downs...
I have a tube of body seam seal (3m grey) that I plan to use for the cab to floor interior seam, is that the stuff? would it hold up for several months on the exterior?

thanks
I have used SEM seam sealer that is the same as the 3M stuff. for the floor panel seams.
Now 3M does make a drip check sealer comes in a small tube like the weather strip glue and that is what I used on my drip rail.
