I am wondering whether this PCM belongs in my 2000 F250 Super Duty 4x4 automatic?
If not, why would you suspect that your have the wrong PCM based on something that someone posted in a forum?
If yes, describe the problem.

As andym said, if you aren't having an issue I wouldn't worry about it.

When a Ford dealer downloads an updated calibration on a PCM, the software encoded part number prefix/suffix, the strategy ID, and the tear tag code is changed to reflect the new calibration.
The pdf file attachment you are trying to look up your current calibration on, may have been derived from data that was coalesced prior to the existence of your current calibration. Therefore while what you have might be "missing" from an accurate but outdated reference list, that certainly doesn't necessarily mean that you have the wrong PCM for your truck.
I will say, however, that I mentally associate the DPC-452 pcm family with Excursions, rather than pickups. Not sure if there is something there or not.
Point by point...
1. The DPC-452 PCM family is appropriate for 2000 model year California Emissions automatic transmission 7.3L diesels that have an Intake Air Heater relay and Glow Plug Control Module (instead of simple or shunted glow plug relay).
2. The XU7F-CC is the updated calibration engineering number whose predecessors can be found on the chart that you referenced, but I will list them below.
3. The VNABLNB is the updated strategy identification whose predecessors can be inferred by matching numbers derived from your referenced chart to the strategy numbers linked to the predecessor parts.
4. The Tear Tag is not mentioned in your post, but I will provide it for the predecessor calibration engineering numbers and strategies, to give you an idea of what to look for if any labels still exist on your PCM connector or door.
In the table I typed for you below, the engineering number is synonymous with Part number, and all calibrations/strategies listed are for the DPC-452 family. Note that there are several more calibrations for the DPC-452 family, but the ones listed below are strictly limited to the lineage that evolved to XU7F-CC
Part # XU7F-CA / Strategy VNAB6N2 / Tear Tag AVB0 is listed on the reference chart you linked to, and is likely the "original" calibration applicable to your PCM.
Part # XU7F-CB / Strategy VNAB6N3 / Tear Tag AVB1 is the next update of the previous calibration.
Part # XU7F-CC / Strategy VNABLNB / Tear Tag (not known), is likely the next calibration update in this lineage.
(I was interrupted when typing this post, and by the time I hit send, brian42 had posted, which I didn't see when I wrote the post)
There are no labels at all on the PCM unit itself and it obviously has been painted at some point.
My PCM has been throwing a wastegate code and GPCM code ever since I purchased the truck. I have verified that both systems are working properly and that the wiring harness has continuity from PCM through 42 pin to respective connectors. If I clear the codes by unhooking the batteries they come right back again. The truck runs fine, pulls strong for 248,000 miles on the clock and gets about 16 mpg. It just bugs the fire out of me that I cannot get rid of the codes and the SES light staring me in the face is a constant remainder of my failures.
You can see some wear or marks on the contacts here.
