How are you checking the oil pressure? The factory gauge doesn't actually show oil pressure. It just goes up whenever there is enough pressure to keep the light off. I am assuming this is in a truck?
Ususally low oil pressure is from added clearance from bearing wear. There is usually no quick fix for lack of pressure.

If you decide to flush the engine (not a bad idea to do occassionally) I have found the best to use is B12. Make sure you add a seal softening stop leak afterwards, nearly all engine flushes (including diesel) will dry out seals over time. If you have a dirty sensor this might help, if you have lots of wear at least your engine will be some what clean when you tear it down eventually.
