Measure distance from tire to wheel well unloaded, then load camper and inflate until you get back near that height, not to exceed 100psi.
I’d just put 85psi in and see how it sits.

I used to put in whatever it took to be level. I just eye balled it since it depended on how I loaded the camper which depended on where I was going and for how long (full water tank or no water). Also realize that you may not put the same amount of air in each side. I had a 10lb difference because of the galley. I just used a bullet level on the back bumper to level side to side.

Good advice so far. If the bags do not have separate fill, replumb them so they are separate fill.

I think I'd like to have most of the weight on the overloads so I'd watch that I didn't unload them too much. I suspect this would be much earlier than the same level as empty.

If you have an on board air compressor and it is not plumbed for manual fill as a backup to the compressor, I'd do that as well. Like River Wild I pretty much eye ball. I also go by 'feel'. When driving down the road, I gauge how the steering wheel feels and reacts. If it feels light or like it has 'super power steering', I add more air. My camper has a "revolutionary new roof design" (to promote drainage) according to the sales brochure. Makes it look 'sunk' in the rear end even though it is not and the overloads not even engaged.

This is not necessarily where I run them out. I took this right after I installed the remote air compressor and was running a test looking for seeps or leaks that the soap water didn't show right away.
