I have seen pics of trucks with the newer dash retrofitted, but I don’t know what modifications had to be done, if any

There are YouTube videos of guys that have done it with minimal work but some of the readouts don't work correctly.
One guy that comes to mind that makes a kit is Mcnasty. Heres his video.
