This is the ID engineering number marked on the part, it is not the part number!

1974 LTD/Marquis 460 uses a different fixed idler pulley (D3MY-8678-A). I don't know if it can be subbed for D0AZ-8678-B, but there's quite a few available NOS

These things are very hard to find. Used ones may or may not be any good. I got one from these guys, who sell them as reman units. (new bearing) Works good, but not cheap. They are currently out of stock, but if you can get a used one on E-Bay,they offer a rebuild service. You are correct ,it is a different part #. The ID# stamped on the part also is different. It looks like D3AH-8A617-AA ND Can tell us what this thing fits.

Clueless ebay seller typed the wrong part number: D0AZ-8578-B .. There is no such part number.
