Yes, should be a cardboard box under the rear seat.

Been a common issue since 2015, they go missing and dealerships just take them from the next available truck. Have the dealer give them to you.

If you can't find them but you know someone with a Nissan Titan, the cleats from the Titan fit in my BoxLink slots on my F-350.

Its a standard e-track mount system, there are tons of e-track accessories that fit this system, cargo bars, d-rings, etc.

Yeah, standard e-track stuff works. I wonder how strong these fittings are in the bed. I really don't want to find out how far you can push them is too far.

Yes, mine were very difficult to insert. I thought I was going to break the key off. That's why I switched to using the cleats from my old Titan.

I have one that I can fit in. The other 3 are a no go. Going to go back to dealer and let them have a go.

I had the same issue, got three in just fine, fourth was a pain.
Went back to the dealer and he said that was not uncommon. Inserted it upside down and wiggled it a bit to smooth out a bur, then flipped it and it slid in like butter.

Ford uses a common box link tie down bracket for both F150 and Super Duty. The difference is the plate that is bolted in the bed. The Super Duty has a thicker bed plate, few 10ths of a mm but thicker. More stringent duty cycle requirements. Thicker plate makes installing the common link more difficult. The link is an over-molded w/ plastic steel bracket substrate. I took a flat file to my links to loosen up, remove some plastic (not much), at the interfacing areas that created the tightness. Now they pop in real easy. Supplier of the Box Link system told me this.

I tried to upload a picture but I'm obviously overmatched. I had a set from my 150 I moved over to my 250. They took a little shoving but are in now. Which leaves me with a set in the shrink wrap that I can't use. I don't feel like dealing with Craigslist or eBay but am happy to send them out to anyone who needs them. Gratis. PMe an address and I'll put them in USPS priority.

Figure that's a fair share for what I've learned here.
