Does rim size really matter?
Hey everyone
Ok, i know all of you have huge tires and wheels, haha, but im a ranchero owner so im the smaller guy. Ok i have 14 inch wheels with 205/70 tires. Now if i go to 15 inch wheels with 205/60 tires, will this change the performance at all? To me it seems like it will just change the appearance. If anyone knows if it will make a difference, and im not talking about the spedometer, then please tell me. Thanks!

It should only make a noticable difference if the dia of the tire changes. If the overall dia stays the same, no real difference as far as driving. Naturally, a 60 aspect ratio is a wider tire vs height. That can effect steering and handling to a degree. If the new tire is wider, but the same dia, that's the main difference you will see. MK
