so any updates on the deleted 17 and up superduties , was going to sell the kr . but now thinking twisting her up a bit ,, full delete and tuning , ive red the thread on ezlink . haven't heard back on the worthiness of the work . any opinions except negative to deleting welcome .thanks have a great new year folks
yes would be good to see a nice discussion on deletes. I am interested in a delete but keeping the truck stock power, don't want more HP or TQ, just remove all the DEF and DPF stuff.
The deleted trucks around here are running stronger than ever. Most are making good power, but plenty are at stock power levels.
Most of the time newer diesel trucks are in the shop, it's for emission equipment malfunctions or breakage. Without emissions equipment, the chances of needing warranty repairs is cut down dramatically. You'll see a slight increase in MPGs, as well as a little weight loss.
Ezlynk is a great product, I did mine the day I drove it off the lot. I would also suggest staying clear of ppei, their tunes and customer service are horrendous to say the least.
Im gonna follow along here as well. I don't use my truck much, only for towing, but Id like to learn about the delete stuff going on and keep it in the back of my mind. Ive only got about 2400 miles on mine so Id give it more time for sure.
