We got up to 69 in the back yard and 71 on the front porch. I was getting ready to go outside and get the tool box back in the 250, but I got yelled at. So, maybe tomorrow. We do have to make a supply run to town tomorrow.

Plan for next year is to hike back to as many high mountain lake and fish as I can.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 43.3, the marine layer has burned off and we have blue sky and sunshine now.
Are you going to do the entire "Trail of 10 Falls" Andy? We've done that a couple of times, starting at North Falls and going to South Falls. At the top of the trail down into South Falls there is a bench with the name 'Joe Stewart' on it. Joe was my cousin, retired Oregon State Police and long time volunteer up at Silver Falls. He loved the place and they gave him a memorial bench.

Trails are real slick, lots of bare clay areas that are very easy to slide on. Nice area but don't plan to go back until summer when its dry. I prefer doing McDowell Creek falls for quick hikes this time of year they have gravel on the areas that would be slick.

Good afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Went out early this morning with hunting partners. One forked horn on its way to the freezer. Three of us did our part to reduce global warming and noise pollution by not firing a shot. Also saves ammo for when the really big buck comes along.
Have to go to town now and get a battery.
