Sometimes if the person before you have any polyps that takes up a little more time, I've been held up because of that too. I was always told to expect to be there as much as 5 hours regardless your appointment time..

Last time I had it done was told to be there for 8 o'clock and didn't get out until around 1 pm

It's been about that long for me with the colonoscopy but I had and endoscopy last year or late the previous year..

I did the time before but had stomach issues again so had to check that out again..
