it is always kept clean Roy. In fact I need to pull it out of its case and give it a good oiling again. probably would not hurt to give it a good polish with the wire wheels as well. Keeps it looking nice and pretty the way it is supposed to be.

Would never happen Roy. Especially when one disassembles the lock to ensure it is clean and oiled properly.

No Roy. I use 3 in 1 oil to keep the rust away and everything working smoothly. If I have some brick dust I would add a bit of oil to that and use that to polish the barrel and the lock to a nice shine just like int he old days. Occasionally I have been known to add some bacon grease onto the barrel for a bit of fun. when at an event.

Good morning Sailor !! What's up on the POD this AM ? Looks like I gotta drop off the receiver/amp I got for Xmas in to the warranty shop to get it repaired.... not a bad problem...most everything works fine. The rca port for the sub-woofer won't shut down when the receiver is turned off... then the woofer goes into a 60Hz hum - loudly !

19*F and very light snow.......that is the weather this morning.
At morning quarters the POD was read........ Theresa to school at 0730....... Church for the 0900 - 1200 watch. Home for a late breakfast..... 15 mins on the couch.... into work cloths and into the garage. Putting up insulation and some osb....... feed/water chickens...treat with bread pieces....steal the eggs. Play ball with Heidi and Kimber..... continue until 1450 leave to pick up Theresa then pickup her Mom and boy friend to visit Theresa for a few hours and eat. 1700 back to the church for a building/property meeting..... then 1830 -2100 Church council meeting....... home....bed
That is the POD for me today..........
