There's no dedicated 4 link kits for our trucks, but there's at least a half dozen companies that make universal kits that work. They provide all the brackets and hardware, you just need to get tube cut for whatever length you make the links and some type of link crossmember if it's a triangulated 4 link. Some kits will include the tube, but shipping is expensive.
What type of 4 link did you go with? I'm assuming parallel like a stock crown vic. How did you modify the watts link? I read where a guy on one of the crown vic forums I'm on put modified control arms in the rear without changing the watts to match the new suspension geometry and it was binding up and starting to rip off mounts. The big stud on the axle the watts center bearing mounts on is also known to snap, but it's not really common. ARP had a stronger replacement a few years ago, but I think they were on backorder last summer when I went to order one.
