I need help,
me and my friend just bought a 36 ford pick up
we're on a budget of about 30,000$
we are prepared to do almost anything our selves with no proffessionel help
we're getting an oak bedliner and cherry bomb quad mufflers, re routed into smoke stacks.
we're painting it candy apple green and maybe a gold flake finish
air suspension and a 302 5 speed stick shift we were thinking spreewells but now we can't think of any thing else for the truck
please help
GIVE ME SOME IDEAS!!
but one question.
We were thinking of dipping the truck in chrome before painting then that way we could outline flames and paint it outside the flames and leave the chrome but is there a simpler way?
Well, if it's chrome flames you want I don't think there is any other way to do it. That seems like a really big hassle to go through too. You need the fenders to be just about perfect and the cost of having it done right, if you can find a place to do it, would be immense. Maybe you could find some new running boards and get them chromed.
There are chrome wanna be paints, but I don't really like them.
You may want to try looking in the body or appearance forums for some people to better answer this question.
