Business Truck Quote - GM came in $4500 lower
Just got quotes from the usual suspects on an identical functionality truck for one of my businesses.
I prefer the looks of the Ford (by a mile), but GM came in $4500 cheaper on the same basic truck (largely because of Employee Pricing incentives), same basic engine (hp, ft lbs), crew, almost the same towing, 4x4, etc.................

For fleet trucks we normally pay right around 15 percent less than MSRP on vehicles. I had the opposite and GM was higher for the most recent order I did for trucks. It was a small order of 20 trucks but it adds up. Actually was enough savings that going with Ford the 20th truck worked out to be free. It was a price difference of 31k between GM and Ford overall.

Here's an idea, buy the GM truck and join a GM forum where you can complain about GM trucks and threaten to buy a Ford. Recently, you complained about Ford making too much money out of their pick-up trucks and pointed out it generates the most profit.

Grabbing some popcorn now. This'll be fun.
GM is obviously preparing for the end of the year and trying to dump as many vehicles as possible. Historically, GM and that goat branded truck seem to dish out substantial incentives, and Ford refuses to match theirs. Get the GM. It seems around here and north, if you want a cushy ride, go GM. Want to beat it and use it and have it come back for more, go Ford. If you want a frame and rusty ventilated cab in eight years, get the Dodge.

With a chop saw......it really is a butt ugly truck....
...the good thing about the truck ...insurance will be cheap, because no one would ever steel it.....
The one bad thing.....you would need to park two blocks away because, you would not want the neighbors to know you bought that thing.
