Not the GTA but there is a good shop in Elmira (just north of Waterloo) that I have used a couple times now for repairs to my 7.3 diesel. It's Decherts Diesel & Auto Repairs and their number is 519-669-8459.
Kyle Dechert is the owner and Nathan is one of the diesel techs that has worked on my truck. They are knowledge, competent and fair in their pricing. I have no affiliation with them other than I am a satisfied customer who will be back when I need their help again.

Hope this helps.
Thanks but a bit too far for me. I live in Ajax. So far the only places that is willing to spread the crash bars surprisingly is Ford dealerships. I've called a few performance shops and they either don't know what I'm talking about or refuse to do it.
Don't know if your have an Action Car and Truck Accessories store near you. They sell and service all kinds of truck parts. Perhaps they can help.
Also, sometimes techs advertise in Kijiji for their services ... shop techs that do work on the side for extra cash. You might want to check out your local Kijiji listings.
Sorry to hear that. I guess they either don't know how or can't be bothered.
It may take a bit of research but you might try to find out where, in your area, do they do truck and tractor pulls. Those trucks have lifted and beefed up suspensions and surely there is someone local that does that work. You might also try your local Jeep Club or rock climbing club. They all have lifted and special suspensions.
A custom chassis builder (read race cars) would also do this work. I know a local one here but nobody in your neck of the woods. Also, any race tracks near you ... they may know who builds custom suspension and chassis.
I usually do things myself but Ford said I need a "certified" person to do the work in order to maintain my extended warranty. So far the dealership is the only ones willing to lift and spread the crash bars which is surprising.
They didn't want to spread the crash bars, most shops when they hear that do not know what i'm talking about and they said it will affect safety and they will not touch it.
Just read a hole bunch on spreading the crash bars and we can do it with bottle jacks and a 4x4 if you want then get a shop to do the lift if you want. Ford would not know that you spread the bars. Plus they can't void a warrenty for something that does not affect the drivetrain or what not let me know we can spread those puppy's np
