Question Help Needed: Wheel ID

I've taken an interest in these wheels and would like to take a closer look via Google Images. Trouble is- I'm unsure of the year/model SD they came off of. Anyone know this, or better yet- have a part number?

Many thanks!

2008 18" wheel, I think through 2010. Part# 7C3Z1007A

You will need spacers

I may go with a set of these, either flat tan or flat olive drab.

Nice wheel on these trucks. Bold move with the paint, but that might turn out ok? An 80's K5 Blazer pops in my head when I visualize flat tan/olive painted wheels.
Post pics!
