Smashed pickup beds
I'm looking for a SuperDuty right now and curious why I see so many 99'-03' SuperDutys where the bed is smashed up behind one of the rear tires? I know its not from a collision because the exhaust and everything else looks great... it looks like damage caused if the lugs sheared and the tire was stuffed into the bed, or if a blowout occured and hammered the bed right behind the rear tire.
Has anyone else seen this or had this happen? I've probably seen 10 trucks like this in the past couple years.
