5R to ZF6 swap

So, I may have the opportunity to trade my 5R out of my 2003 Excursion with a ZF6 out of a 2004 F250. If I do this, I'll have to help the guy swap it out, which I'm fine doing. I'm making a few assumptions I figured I'd ask about:

1. The wiring should be the same between the two (or at least close enough to swap out whatever wiring harness needs changing)
2. I'll have to also change out the PCM, and should be a direct swap (I.e. no programming needed on either truck)
3. Pedals should all swap out with no issue (provided he has adjustable pedals like I do)
4. Flywheels will interchange
5. Driveshafts may need work

Is all this correct? I'm doing this in prep for my Cummins swap and a straight trade with a days work is worth the cost to me if I dodn't have to buy a transmission. Thanks in advance!

The ZF6 from a 2004 will be the stronger unit of the 2 models available. Prior year ZF6's were the ZF6-650 units and 2004 saw the new ZF6-750's being used. Only external differences are the shift towers. My 04 F250 had the ZF6-750 4 bolt tower while the 03 had the ZF6-650 6 bolt tower.
