I have a 94 F150 4x4 with the 5.0, E4OD, and touch drive. There is a vibration between at all speeds. It does it with a load on or while off gas. If you take the rear driveshaft out and run in 4x4 it goes away. I have replaced the front yoke in transfer case, had it checked for bends and balanced, and the tires balanced (although I ruled that out anyways). There is no bearing noise or u-joint noises at all. This vibration is only slight but very annoying. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I really don't know what to try next. Thanks.
I guess I forgot to mention one last thing. It is a one piece drive shaft (regular cab, long bed), so that wouldn't apply in this case, would it? Let me know either way please, as I am stuck as to what I should do next. Thanks.

The yokes welded to the drive tube must be in phase. Might have been assembled wrong. I work in a machine shop and careful attention must be spent when placing the yokes before welding.
