2018 Expedition Steering
Driving this morning to work I felt my steering “let loose” like I hit a patch of ice however, the roads were dry. I continued to monitor and it would have this feeling every once in a while. To be honest, it kinda freaked me out.
Has anyone experienced this. I Called the dealer and they said there was a power steering recall but not necessarily for the Expedition. They are almost two weeks out.

I would disable the auto-lane keep assist and see if it re-occurs. Sometimes this feature will surprise you by pulling in the direction you're already adjusting which *might* feel like ice to some. Just a suggestion...
