I own 5 vehicles, take care of 7, one is mom in-laws, other is daughters. We also have a boat, 40 ft motorhome, farm tractor, 2 -4 wheelers and a scooter. Also 2 riding mowers, 2 leaf blowers and 2 weedeaters. I never run out of stuff to change oil on or repair. If they started feeling left out I would go bankrupt!!

Well got the starter knocked out, that one was probably the worst starter I've ever had to do. New tail lights showed up for the F150 so I took a short break and installed them. Really spruced up the back of the truck.

It makes you wonder what were they thinking when they engineed it that way. Oh yea they don't have to fix it.
Oh lord it's cold outside. My knees ache so bad when it gets cold. The good thing is the truck doesn't take that long for the cab to warm up.
My boss is impressed with my progress on doing the manager role. I am getting a lot better at working the computer system the more I use it, I was opening and closing work orders and calling customers yesterday.
Had to order a few more parts for the 4 wheeler yesterday. When I took it to the dealership almost 2 years ago to have them look at it I left the air filter assy and the pull rope assy that was in a box at the dealership.I totally forgot to run by and pick them up so that cost me an additional 60 bucks to order those. The only thing I know I have to get now is an oil filter and oil.

Glad the job is getting easier.
I moved the side by side and sawmill yesterday. The side by side will do 30 mph with 2 people. After that we put it to work .Got the sawmill setup. Made some fine firewood ! I need to check a few adjustments. Just after I left tge land my neighbor called and politely chewed my butt for leaving the side by side out in the open. Told him had no place to put it. He said" yes you do my place" went back to move it he had his shop doors open put it inside, thrn he gave me a key to his shop. He has a key to my tractor
The rest of the parts for the Mazda will be in today. Hopefully the 8

My wife wanted a land rover at one time, a friend told her, you better have a good cheap mechanic and pots of money. She changed her mind and got an H2 Hummer instead.
I love the chrome bumper MG's!!

Actually as a whole Land Rover has gotten way better for reliability over 20k miles last year on my LR3 with many of them off road.
The MGB is getting closer to having a running Ford 5.0 heart.

That sounds like it will be a fun ride!
It's FRIDAY !!!
Drove a company truck with a trailer and delivered a zero turn mower on the way home since it was not far from my house. The guy always get it serviced at Deere and was happy to see a store coming to Rome so he will save on pick up and delivery fees. Front shocks for the Lightning were delivered yesterday! I hope to install them at work this afternoon since the weekend is going to be a wash out. Decided not to put the heater core in the Dodge this weekend, I am not going to fight the rain and cold to replace it. Not a show stopper since it's not a daily driver.

Practice makes perfect!
They were like it's right on your way home and it saves the delivery guy a trip, so I was game. I had never driven a zero turn mower before, but I got it fired up and off the trailer with no problem. Loving this job !!! My trainer talked to the area service manager that was the last guy I interviewed with and told him I am doing great at picking up the process.
