It's just the stupid bus company schedule.. They do it to run them ragged..
She has to be there for 6am till 8:30am then she has 4 or 5 hours off then goes back till 8pm
So she is basically working and sleeping

If the company is union there is a 90 period new hires have to wait before joining the union.

At ANR all of our office people were union, dispatchers were Company.
