Hi all
I'm a newbie at this forum. In short, I'm a mid 50s guy, and music is my livelyhood. I've been using US-vans as daily drivers and music gear haulers for almost 30 years now. Which is rather rare in Denmark, 'cause our gas prices are thru the roof. Per november 29th 2018 it's 7.52$ a US-gallon...
I've owned and driven a couple of Astro vans, a couple of G-series Chevy vans, one Ford Ranger 4.0 4x4 - and now I'm on my fourth Econoline - a 1993 E250 with 351w engine. Or should I call it a Tristar TSE250, since it's build in Canada. My first E-van was one exactly like the one, I've got now, and in between I've had a couple of Club Wagons with the 4.9 L6 engine.
I like to do a lot of repairs and maintenence at home in my driveway - because work shops with real knowledge on US vans are few and far between...
My hope for the membership is to get new knowledge on these vans - and help with the few things, I've come to know about these lovely vans...
