Honestly it depends on the shape of the guard and the shape of where it meets the bumper. I definitely think it could fit, but can't say all of them will fit properly without modification.
I have a Westin brand brush guard off a 94 bronco that I'm planning on putting on my 99 econoline. Other than a different bumper contour, it fits perfectly. It even has a little wrap-around-the-side section for the headlights.
The one I had on my 95 f250 was flat on the front with no wrap around, so it would definitely work on any ford from 96 back to the late 60s.
