truck troubles
Hey guys guess who yet again.I'm having one heck of a time with my truck.I have the timing darn near perfect the carb needs to be rebuilt but manages to run the 460 pretty well.My problem is when I drive it for a long period of time I still get a slight valve clatter or what seems to be.Here's somthing new,After the noise starts it now starts to run like a pile oh you know what.When I let off the gas it spits sputters and and hardly runs at an idle.As soon as I give her gas it runs smooth again and as soon as I let off the gas it starts all over again.I went to my buddies to let him hear it so he jumped in and floored it it made a pop sound out of the carband stalled.He had a heck of a time getting it started again but when it did it run darn near perfect again no poping sounds when I slowed down and run at an idle darn near perfect.
