OT-neat looking tear drop trailer

Saw this trailer as we drove thru a koa campground. I wanted to stop and check it out but i didn't see the owner any where around it, so I didn't think I should go snooping around without permission. To bad its not a ford.

That consist looks very well done, except you can't put the wagon's tailgate down.

if you look close between the trailer & car, you can see the lower gate is open.

That's cool, a 57 Chevy Handyman Wagon, a bare bones 150 model. I wonder if 57 Chevy lovers on a forum somewhere were ticked off because the builder cut up a 57 Chevy sedan body to make this?

Lot of tongue weight on that thing. Maybe it is empty and they just sleep in it.

Wow, that is nicely done!
That would be a heck of a head turner going down the road. Very cool

I love it. 55,56,&57 was such a good year for styling for both Ford & Chevy cars, now it's getting difficult to tell a Jag from a Kia, IMPO of course.

Jimmy, let's not forget MoPar. In college, I had a 59 Plymouth Sport Fury that in my mind was way cooler any of the mid 50's Chevrolets. Wasn't a 58 Plymouth featured in a movie? LOL.

Jim

P.S. Jimmy, it's good to see you relaxing just a bit on the forum again! Hopefully every day is going to get a little better for you.

.
This reminds me of this Biblical question:
What kind of car was in the Garden of Eden? Depending on the translation Genesis 3:24 says "God drove Adam and Eve out of the Garden in a fury."

Bobby, that is nice. Thanks for sharing! I have almost no pictures of my "first" car. Is that you in the picture? If so, you were maybe too young to be properly impressed with your Dad's great taste in fine automobiles.

Abe, I probably should have something to come back with, but sadly at least for now, nothing comes to mind.

Jim
