i ordered a f350 lariat crew on 9-17, processed on 9/18, built on 10/19, released on 10/22 and shipped on nov 2nd. It is sayiny dec 3rd on fords website for delivery. At my dealer it changed from move 14, to21st, to 27th, now dec 3rd. I’m in north east Arkansas. Palsapp just spends and I called and all they can say is it left ky on this date. No 2nd at 2pm. My dealer doesn’t have a login for Palsapp supposedly. I have a truck that they told me not to go over this amount of miles so it has set for 2 weeks. It’s my trade in.

Ask your dealer for rail car info. My dealer texted me the screen shot below. Once I had the rail car info I called CSX tracking number daily and the automatic voice would give me location updates.

All they have to do is pull up your order information and it should be there. The picture FLYct attached is what the dealer sees when he pulls up your order information.
Ordered mine the same day as you, roughly same time frame on everything else and it is now in transit. First estimated date of delivery was Nov 27th but it changed to December 8th, I am on an island in Canada though so I knew it wasn’t going to be quick by no means. In the mean time I have a full skid of parts on the way and everything planned I am going to do with the truck haha

he is using shop ford like us. They just got all the new software and nobody knows how to use it. Just my luck. I’m trying to find Shelby county jack cooper number but the one listed seems to be a fax number. I believe they will pick it up and bring it
My small town dealer over here on the other side of Arkansas wasn’t very tech savvy either so I didn’t get much in the way of updates. I even had to help them through the ordering process. The truck seems to have toured the country by train just to make the short trip form KY to West Memphis. Then it showed up while I was out of town. Just my luck! Hang in there, it’ll find it’s way to you eventually!
