6.7 Powerstroke Storage

I have a new 2018 F250 6.7 Powerstroke truck, I got it to tow a boat and travel trailer intermittently throughout the year; it will spend upwards of 6 months at a time in the garage in warm weather. I am about to run it now after the first storage (6 months). I did put it up on jacks, filled the tank with fuel with additives-made sure they were run through the system, disconnected the batteries. It has about three-quarters of a tank of def. I am looking for suggestions on the best way to store the truck and particularly I am worried about the quality of the def after sitting for extended periods, should I pump it out and add fresh? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Mine sits from November to March. I keep the batteries on a battery tender, and keep fuel and DEF tanks full. Every few weeks, weather permitting, I take the truck for a 30 minute drive, bring all fluids to operating temps. Cycle all accessories - heater and AC, power windows, seats and locks, 4 WD, etc. Mine is garaged, so no freeze worries. Works for me.
