The brakes on my 73 F100 used to work great a couple months ago, but they’ve gotten worse over the course of 3-4 months and today I pretty much had no brakes, went to stop, brake pedal had pressure, then it just sunk to the floor, the brakes will hold pressure, but after a few seconds of holding them the pedal loses all pressure and the truck starts to move. The master cylinder is leaking where it bolts to the brake booster so I figured it was the master cylinder going bad, but I just wanted input from someone who knows a lot more about this than I do. I already tried to bleed the brakes but that didn’t do anything, so any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Probably pick up a new MC/Booster combo. Before you buy one pump the brakes a bunch, then check the front rubber brake hoses for leaks, then check the inside of all your wheels for evidence of leaks from the cylinders, etc. If you end up needing the new MC, don't skip bench bleeding it.

I already replaced the driver side brake line because it appeared to be leaking but that didn’t fix the issue, the passenger side line looked dry
This covers it. The whole thing is a lot less complicated than you think. You'll need to bleed all your brakes again after. This might be a good time to replace any worn out lines, hoses (vacuum hose to the booster too), wheel cylinders, etc.
