Cab swap
What modifications are needed to make a 78 f250 cab fit 75 f100 frame are they the same?

I took my cab off a 79 2wheel drive to install on 75 4x4,very minor adjustments /front two bolts exact lineup rear minor adjustment

Those should be the same. I think the only Dentsides which varied were the '73-early '77 F250 4WDs, and maybe some of the F350s?
