Shifting issues...

Shifting issues...
On my ‘66 F100 3 on the Tree, I can drive in first or reverse but going into 2nd and 3rd is a no go. When I shift there the shifter moves fine and doesn’t bind but doesn’t move the linkages. However if you move the linkages by hand the shift lever moves with the tranny.
What could be the issue and what would be the fix? Can’t find any shift tubes... they are all out of stock or discontinued...
