I like your meal better than mine...tuna fish on toasted white...some home made B&B pickles.

It was pretty good. Topped off with some peach BBQ sauce a buddy makes.

And all I had was popcorn and a glass of New Jersey Steve's New Jersey Lemonade!

Ken one of my favorite lunches when growing up was Mom lightly Tosted a slice of bread with butter on 1 side. the added half can drained tuna and a slice of cheese. Toasted that until the cheese bubbles and it was best when the cheese started to brown.

I see that Jersey lemonade is already taking effect. You really need to tell Mom to stop posting bread, Rod........
