Morning Jim and Ken....all MASS. Sun's on the wat there...beautiful here - but I think I heard that the high for today was at midnight last night. Just checked, I lied. High of 43 is at 11AM and it starts dropping then towards predicted 31 by Sunday morn. If it does that, it'll be the first freeze in my back yard.
Age and the amount of leaves on those 3 trees out front won ! I paid a local small company to come in and do my yard work (leaves, mow, fertilize etc) for the next year. My back just can't take it anymore.

Doing okay Jim. Busy with stuff at work and home. Still down a person here at work in my office. How are you doing?

I wish it did Jim. The OT that is available is on my shift and I am already working when the OT is there so 2 other people are getting the OT right now. HR just did post the job opening after sitting on it for almost a month. So I figure we might be able to get someone hired sometime towards the end of December beginning of January.

it is wearing on me and my one coworker. Hard to try and take time off when your a person down on the shift. Once we get a person hired we have to train them and then they go to the shift they have been hired for. And one person goes to another shift and then the last transfer happens when the next senior person comes to day shift.
