Good morning WV...rise and shine...the day is flying by!!!

 

Morning Rod, Jason, all of West Virginia and those who stop in to visit.

 

Good Monday Morning West Virginia, Jason, Ken, Shaun, John and all the gang.
4 more days till the great culinary carnage event of the year and everyone should be in training for that day.

 

Morning Rod. I know it is coming up. I need to stop at the store today or tomorrow and pick upa few things. Still need to get a nice roast some onions, carrots, and potatoes along with some beef stock. Gotta eat on thursday and am planning on making a nice pot roast since it will be just myself and my dog at home.

 

Morning Rod, all WVa and visitors to the Mountain State. LONG week of Saturdays for me...... I think I'll be able to manage tho....long drive to get Thanksgiving dinner...think I'll leave a day early so I get there in time.

 

Shaun to tell the truth, your roast sounds better than the turkey I and sure I will have.
Pace your self Bud and too many Saturdays will make you cause you to be lackadaisical. you will have to leave today to drive around the block for Thanksgiving dinner Thursday!

 

Should be Rod. It usually is. Add some Garlic mashed potatoes to that along with a side veggie of some sort and it is a great meal.
