Got another good deal!!
Just got another good deal guys. I was at the local hardware store and one of the managers came up and said " Your into Ford trucks , you should buy mine" I went over and looked at it and went back and negotiated him down to $900.00
It ended up being a 73 f250 highboy 4wd, it has a 360 but someone has installed a ford 4bbl intake on it. dana 60 rear, and dana 44 small closed knuckle front, 4sp, appears to be a 205 unmarried transfercase. Good paint and body and sitting on 35's Oh yea it came with a spare set of factory ford 3/4 ton aluminum rims ( like the ones shown on the haynes repair manual) I will be checking it out closer this weekend.

Sounds like a great deal. Just going out to have a look at a 68 Merc 250 4x4 myself.
