PALSAPP is a site that dealers can log into to check the transportation progress of vehicles from the plant, through the rail process, to being unloaded at the staging lot for the haulers to take to dealer. We, at least, can put in our VIN's and click on the magnifying glass and get SOME of the same info. However when I was trying to check my trucks progress it never changed through the whole journey from KY to TX with our limited access. The dealer, and Ford, have much more deeper access.
Palsapp.com website all of a sudden isn't working for me. Worked up until Thursday...
My estimated ship date was last Wednesday and now when I enter my VIN, it just shows the initials "JCT" and a rotating row of dots like its trying to load something.
Palsapp did little for me because my truck was on a CSX train for about a week and on truck transport for only a few hours from the CSX rail yard to the dealer.

I guess they don't track it when its on the train? Makes sense. May be why its not coming up.
