1991 F-150 5.0 HO cam swap

Hello guys, I’m new to the forum🙏🏻 I’m doing a roller cam swap on my 91 F-150 since I already have the engine apart to fix oil leaks and a massive vacuum leak on my lower Intake. I figured I should go the extra mile and I picked up a stock HO cam with 1.7 crane roller rockers. My question is... can I do the cam swap without pulling the engine? I figure I can make room if I take out the grill, radiator and tranny cooler.. is this doable?

Yes, most cam swaps are done with the engine in truck.

I had to remove the radiator. I was able to move the condenser out of the way without disconnecting the hoses.
