What did you do to your truck today?

Lookin' good. What color are you going to paint it? Put non-slip on parts of it. You'll be standing on it.
On a separate subject. I doubt the young lads wearing safety glasses. Go down to Harbor Freight and get a couple, 3 or so face shields. I'm sure there's at least one in the Fayetteville, Springdale area. And they are cheap.

Spent part of the weekend rewiring the tail light harness. Just looking at it would give many nightmares. Got that squared away and working right, when the right turn signal indicator light would come on when lights were turned on. Today while chasing that gremlin, I found out the dash printed circuit was breaking down. So before going any farther I've got to replace it. Got one on order, should be here next week.

As many of you know, I had a new set of wheels and tires put on my truck a few months back. I told them I needed an alignment done when I got them put on, and they said that they did one. Well, I left the shop that day and the truck was pulling to the right, so I went back and they SWORE to me that they did an alignment. A couple of weeks passed, and I took it back. Again, they swore the alignment was good. I continued to have issues. Fast forward to today, and I go in to get them balanced and rotated, and they decline to do so because the front tires have some slight wear on the insides. The service manager tells them he remembers me coming in numerous times to complain that the alignment wasn't correct. So, they are ordering me two new tires at no cost to me, and I will go back Friday to get them installed, plus an alignment. The service manager said they have been losing money hand over fist because they had an alignment guy who was saying he was doing work, but he wasn't really doing it - or at least he wasn't doing it the proper way. I spoke with their new alignment guy and he told me that he will take his time to make sure everything is correct and he promises I will not have any issues once I roll out of the parking lot. I told them I appreciate their honesty and for taking care of the matter, and I'd rather them take their time to get it right rather than having to continue to deal with this.
