Today I shall take the coach to the tire shop.
When my plumbing was repaired last spring, they took off the left rear tires to access some water lines. When they re-installed the wheels they got the valve stem for the inner dual where I can't get to it to check the pressure. Since the coach is just a tad heavy in the rear, this is pretty important.
My 2010 4.6 had a K&N drop in filter in it when I got it a couple of months ago. It kept sputtering, spitting, gurgling, etc when I would get down on it. I saw several say the drop in K&N's aren't good for these trucks due to the oil getting on the MAF. Today I put a new Motorcraft filter in it and cleaned the MAF. The throttle response is much better and the spitting and gurgling is gone. I'm curious to see how this effects my MPG as well.
What did I do to my truck today? Well I watched Ma Nature pee on it for 24 hours! If it had been above 41° I may have went out with the wash mop and knocked off a little of the dirt!
New wheel and tire day. 20 inch Ballistic Razorbacks with 275/55/R20 Nexen Rodian AT Pro's. Got a set of drop shackles for the rear I plan on installing this weekend.
A couple more. Wish it would have been a prettier and warmer day so I could have washed it before photos, but we are currently having light rain showers today, so washing would have been worthless.
