Parts help

So I'm in need of a hand fellas also new to the page, but I've got plans for my bronco and I can't figure out a trans I've got a 429 but no trans and I'd like to go manual with it and I'm not having any luck figuring it out any suggestions?

Is the truck 4WD? we need details, the more the better so we can help you out.

Yes sorry I plan on it being 4x4 and I'd like to keep it simple like keeping away from like a divorced transfer case kind of deal

Zf5 out of any 87-97 f250 or f350 with a 460. They utilize a married transfer case, either bw1356 or bw4407. Good granny low and overdrive.
