dome light not working

dome light not working

i have a 99 f350 and the dome light, cargo light does not work also my dash lights do not dim. there is a relay for all this and i changed it but it didn't fix it does any think it mite be the headlight switch or have any other ideas

Could very well be the dimmer module within the headlamp switch if all the fuses are good.
