1998 Ford Ranger Supercab 4.0 4x4 with Timbrens for added suspension and 4 channel tubing welded to bottom (professionally) like torklift.

Could it be done yes, I have carried that much weight or more several times in a Ford Ranger bed. 1000 lbs is beyond the comfortable limits of a Ranger but the truck will certainly carry a 1000 lbs load if needed.

But you are talking about a 1300 lbs higher profile load, all the suspension upgrade in the world you still have a narrow vehicle that by itself is rather top heavy when it slides sideways. I don't recommend it.
