I still think meeting in the morning at that Checkers directly across from the track would be the easiest way to meet. Not crowded and don't need reservations for a larger group.
Say 7:30 ish maybe.
Of course, then there's the issue of what day everyone's going. We're going on Friday this year.

I'm flexible. Friday sounds okay to me.
Cross your fingers. Maybe that would be a good place to hand out T-shirts and FL stickers. The silk-screen lady is out of town for four days doing shirts at some convention so I haven't been able to talk to her yet. So far we've got a possible 16 shirts spoken for (see my T-shirt thread). I'm hoping more members will speak up cause more shirts means lower price.

My club will be down there (actualy up there from here) Thursday thru Sunday - I figure I'll be there Fri. & Sat. The Vintage Vehilces of Titusville will be in the motorhome/playground area - I'd love to meet you guys

ctfuzzy if you check places just outside Daytona you might get a better deal. The Turkey Run is a huge event so all the hotel/motels in town are going to be high.
