performance chip?
i've got a 2003 f150 supercrew with a 4.6L engine. i would appreciate some information on purchasing a performance chip, such as:
additional horsepower
effect on gas milage
who to contact
cost
thankx

Driver's without lead-foots typically gain 1-2 mpg but the chip requires premium for performance.
Or you can get a Superchips Microtuner 1715. Similar benefits but has an 87 octane setting as well as premium fuel settings. No noticeable performance gain in 87 octane mode but it does optimize the tranny like a chip does.
